Conor Thomas U14 Select. Hannah Krusenoski U16 select!

Conor Thomas-U14 Select
Conor has been with Roadrunners since U8. Anyone who meets him, recognizes what a great kid he is after they talk to him for just a few minutes. Straight “A” student who literally gets 100% on most every math test. Conor does many things with his youth group throughout the year to help charities. He has been on a mission trip to help underprivileged kids where he bought lunch for the homeless, served meals, worked with kids, he has slept in a box overnight every year to raise money for the homeless plight.
Conor has volunteered at Roadrunner events to help younger kids learn the game of soccer with incredible patience. He was recently elected into the leadership role for his youth group.
Conor Thomas exemplifies the characteristics younger Roadrunners should strive to emulate and we are proud to recognize in some small way the citizenship traits he exemplifies. Please congratulate Conor on his selection as player of the month the next time you see him.

Hannah Krusenoski-GU16 Black
She has been recognized for having achieved 4.0 and above Honor Roll for her freshman year at Downers Grove North High School. Hannah volunteers for many civic groups at DGN. She also has volunteered to help our youngest players in Roadrunner University.
A tough player on the field but off the field one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. An injury has kept her out of the game off and on this year but that hasn’t stopped her from going to most every practice to help the team. Her coaching skills have definitely grown from being on the sidelines and she even recognized and suggested the need for a formation change during one of the matches that helped to win a game recently.
A fine example is set by Hannah for our youngest Roadrunner players. Her winning attitude is contagious and young players can strive to follow her leadership by trying to become positive teammates, by learning to contribute to your team through perseverance and a positive attitude, and by helping others. Please congratulate Hannah on this deserving award.
