Summary of Key Responsibilities
1. Follows curriculum developed by DOC to develop lesson plans, and provide game analysis.
2. Conducts team training sessions each week during the season.
3. Regularly evaluates and provides feedback to players for areas of strength and development. Maintains record of player attendance at trainings, matches and tournaments.
4. Attends and coaches at least 50% of assigned games and makes arrangements with DOC to obtain game coverage where schedule conflicts occur.
5. Attends coaching meetings and clinic as set by DOC. Gains more experience and technical knowledge by attending licensing and other coaching workshops.
6. Makes themselves available to parents/players to provide feedback and answer team-related questions.
7. Works closely with team manager to coordinate team and player activities.

Licenses and Soccer Background
1. Age appropriate USSF license.
2. League and other required background checks.
3. Has participated in collegiate, adult, amatuer or professional soccer matches.
4. Presents the club in a professional manner at all venues.
