The role of the Team Manager (TM) is to support the team in all areas not related to coaching. This allows the Roadrunner Staff Coaches to spend their time coaching and leaves the administrative details to the TM. The Staff Coach and TM should discuss the division of responsibilities. Vital qualifications for a TM are good communication and organizational skills.
